Gov. Bago Mourns Passing of Dantsaduyan Nupe, Pharm. Ndanusa Babandako

The Executive Governor of Niger State, Farmer Mohammed Umaru Bago, has expressed deep sorrow over the death of the Dantsaduyan Nupe, Pharmacist Ndanusa Babandako.
In a condolence statement, Governor Bago extended his heartfelt sympathies to the Etsu Nupe and Chairman of the Niger State Council of Traditional Rulers, His Highness Alhaji Yahaya Abubakar, describing the passing of the prominent traditional title holder and health practitioner as a monumental loss to humanity and the state’s healthcare sector.
The governor also sympathized with the Bida Emirate, the entire people of Bida, and the Niger State Primary Healthcare Development Agency (NSPHCDA).
He remembered the late Pharmacist Babandako as a passionate, resilient, and dedicated father and healthcare expert who led a life marked by humility and wisdom.
Governor Bago further condoled with the immediate and extended families of the deceased, encouraging them to take solace in Almighty Allah, the ultimate giver and taker of life.
He offered prayers for the repose of the late title holder’s soul, asking Allah to forgive his shortcomings, grant him entry into Aljannat Firdausi, and give his family the strength to bear the loss.
Recognizing the deceased’s significant professional contributions, the governor noted that Babandako’s vast experience would be sorely missed.
Prior to his passing, Pharmacist Babandako served for years in the state’s health sector, notably as the former Acting Executive Director of the Niger State Primary Healthcare Development Agency, where he played a pivotal role in revitalizing primary healthcare services across the state.
