BANDITRY ATTACK: Cooperative Leader Comrade Labaran Offers Condolences and Calls for Increased Security in Borgu

The National Vice President of the Cooperative Federation of Nigeria (CFN) and President of the Niger State Cooperative Federation (NISCOFED), Comrade Labaran Garba, has expressed deep sorrow over the recent deadly banditry attacks and abductions in Borgu Emirate, Niger State.
In an official condolence statement, Comrade Garba extended sympathies to Governor Mohammad Umaru Bago, the Borgu Emirate, Minister of State for Agriculture and Food Security, Senator Aliyu Sabo Abdullahi, and the affected communities.
He described the violence as “unfortunate and deeply heartbreaking,” offering prayers for the victims and words of support to the bereaved families.
“May Almighty Allah grant the souls of the departed Aljannah Firdaus, provide the bereaved families with the strength to bear this painful loss, and swiftly heal the injured,” Garba stated.
He also prayed for the immediate and safe release of all abducted persons, seeking Allah’s guidance to reunite them unharmed with their families.
Comrade Garba called for continuous security efforts across the state, urging divine protection for rural communities and wisdom for leaders in tackling security challenges in Borgu Emirate and Niger State.
