Dear Evangelist Temilolu,
In 2023, I attended your birthday programme as a single lady and a virgin at 45. Towards the end of the programme, you asked the mature single sisters in their 40s to ask God to give us the best man in the world as a husband. I went on my knees where I sat and prayed that prayer with my whole heart.
Here is my testimony.
Three years later, God answered that prayer. In May this year, the Lord settled me maritally. To the glory of God, I got married two months before my 48th birthday as a virgin.
Ma’am, my husband could not believe it. Up till now, it still feels like a dream to him that someone could be a virgin at 48 in this age and time. Every time he looks at me, he can’t stop kissing me and thanking me for keeping myself for him. He adores and cherishes me every single day.
God gave me exactly what I asked for. God gave me the best man in the world. By the mercies of God, I am married to the most blessed and amazing man in the world.
Indeed, our God is faithful. God can be trusted. It pays to obey and wait on God. He makes everything beautiful in His own time. Praaaaise the Lord!
July 9, 2027, is my next birthday, and I have asked God for triplets: two glorious boys and one wondrous girl, before that day.
Being the first child in my family, I have struggled all my life, fighting family battles because of my glory. My marital settlement was delayed. By the grace of God, I am very brilliant, smart and hardworking, yet I still had to struggle. All my younger ones are doing very well in life, but I, the firstborn, had to struggle, except for God’s mercy.
Even strangers tell me I carry a great glory and that by now I should have gone extremely far in life and been flying around the globe in my own private jet. Yet here I am in Ota, Ogun State, Nigeria. But I thank God for life and His mercies over me.
It got to a point where my family members gave up on my ever getting married. My siblings had prayed and prayed until they became tired. But thank God for my mother and my only sister. Even when every other person gave up, they never did. They both stood by me in prayer.
We prayed; when I say we prayed, I mean we really prayed, and our great God showed up and answered. Miraculously, Jehovah God did it.
Indeed, God answers prayers. God is so good. He wiped away my tears of many years and gave me a good man who practically adores and cherishes me.
In all the challenges of life, I have resolved in my heart to love God, serve God and do His will. I just want to thank God for the grace to remain sexually pure until marriage. It wasn’t an easy journey trusting God for a life partner for years, but God settled me in His own time. I know He allowed the marital delay for a purpose, to glorify Himself. Indeed, God is faithful!
Besides having triplets, I want God to empower me to fulfil my divine destiny and purpose, and everything He designed for my life. I want my glory to speak and my star to shine brighter. I want God, in His power and mercy, to take me to the great height the enemy thought I could never attain.
I have made up my mind to hold on to God alone till my last breath. I can’t stop thanking God for breaking the yoke of marital delay over my life. In just one year, this great God turned my mockery into glory.
Please thank God with me! A million thanks for allowing God to use you for us. May God continue to be with you in Jesus’ name!
