The tour, organized to thank party members and community leaders for Kpautagi’s nomination as the APC flag bearer, included visits to traditional rulers, religious leaders, party officials, women’s groups, and youth organizations across the three communities.
Kpautagi and his delegation paid a courtesy call to the 21st Ezanuwan of Kutigi, Alhaji Muhammadu Kudu Ibrahim. The traditional ruler offered prayers and advised the candidate to stay patient, mature, and steadfast throughout his political journey.
The delegation also visited the Chief Imam of Kutigi, Sheik Dr. Isah Muhammad Kutigi (represented by Naib Imam Sheik Abubakar Adamu Sidi), where they prayed for peace, guidance, and success.
At the APC Secretariat in Kutigi, the Deputy APC Zonal A Coordinator, Alhaji Saba Ahmed, and the Lavun LGA APC Chairman, Alhaji Idrisu Adamu Muhammad, urged party members to build strong grassroots support ahead of the 2027 general elections.
The tour moved on to Doko, where Kpautagi met with the Etsu Dazhi, Alhaji Yahya Abdullahi, along with the community’s Chief Imam. The tour concluded in Dabban with a visit to the palace of the Ndawangwa of Dabban, Alhaji Usman Sulaiman Karami, seeking royal blessings and goodwill.
During the stakeholder gathering in Kutigi, the Director-General of the Kpautagi Campaign Team, Honorable Sani Abbas, stated that the purpose of the engagement was to acknowledge the trust placed in Kpautagi by the APC family.
Reaffirming his dedication to the constituency, Honorable Kpautagi thanked all communities for their warm receptions and pledged to provide humble, accessible, and responsible representation.
