Fake Agency Discovered at SGF Office: President Tinubu Orders Nwabueze’s Arrest and Suspends Three Permanent Secretaries

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has ordered the immediate arrest of Prince George Buchi Nwabueze and approved the suspension of three federal Permanent Secretaries after investigators uncovered an unauthorized, fake government agency operating within the Office of the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (OSGF) complex.
The order followed a detailed briefing at the State House by the Chairman of the Independent Corrupt Practices and Other Related Offenses Commission (ICPC), Dr. Musa Adamu Aliyu (SAN).
According to ICPC findings, the unauthorized entity operated under the name National Brands Development and Made in Nigeria Special Project Office.
The entity was given physical office space inside the high-security OSGF complex without presidential approval, executive consent, or backing by any statutory law.
The ICPC identified Prince George Buchi Nwabueze as the main promoter. Investigators noted he used multiple aliases, including George Nathan, Hon. George Buchi Nwabueze, and George Nwabueze.Offshoot.
The discovery arose during wider investigations into the fake Presidential Foreign Intervention Promotion Council (PFIPC), which also exploited federal premises to run illegal schemes.
